Once a Listing Agreement is signed we will jump into action with a few questions to make sure we are ready and launching before your 'live' or Coming Soon' date! We give you time to make any adjustments and push it live when you are ready!

Send & explain all disclosures to the seller before UC!
UC TO CLOSE SERVICES:
WOO HOO!!! Lets get to closing!
Once you are Under Contract we will get the party kicked off with introductions to all parties and provide instructions for next steps to the client!

Follow up emails &/ text on all applicable deadlines
-We're talking, commitments, property insurance, appraisal etc.

Anticipate the needs of the contract!
- This means if we hear a deadline wont be met, we are coming to you first
and getting an amend in place!

Organize and ensure all scheduling is completed!
- This includes confirming walkthroughs and inspections as well as setting
up your closing appointment!

Manage and complete your compliance 100%
- This means no uploading or tracking down docs for you! Leave it to us and
we will get your CDA issued!

Once we're closed we wrap-up!
- Change the MLS, ensure closing docs are uploaded and even send your client a final email with all their docs!
