SPADE Organizing is designed to be a one stop shop for all things that enable real estate agents being successful, polished and supported! We are a female owned and operated company that has the highest attention to detail to make our clients shine!
I'm from the Bay Area of California and have been in Colorado for about 13 years. I live on a couple acres in Conifer Colorado, at the top of a mountain! I've been married to my husband for 6 years and we have 2 sweet puppies Bama & Palo!

I come from a long background of management. In my 17 years of leadership I learned about mastering the anticipation of both team and clients needs while sharpening my skills in communication. I created my organizing and transaction management company 6 years ago and have processed thousands of contracts since then.

When it comes to being a TC I have a great passion for what I do and I enjoy the challenge that dates and deadlines bring. I am a highly organized person with attention to detail and have a strong commitment to the experience that a client has and being as proactive and helpful as I can be. A little bit about me, I am a Colorado Native! Born and raised in the South Denver Metro area, and live out in Elizabeth with my Husband and our farm with a handful of spoiled animals including dogs, horses, goats, cats, chickens, ducks, and turkeys! You can take a guess where I am when I am not behind my computer managing your transactions!

I come from a background of Wedding and Event Planning with Administrative work! Deadlines, managing vendors and several transactions at one time is something I thrive on!

Desiree "Dez" Albers
I live in Elizabeth, Colorado, with my husband, father, and our four energetic Jack Russell Terriers who keep life exciting! As a huge advocate for dog rescue, I have helped with many placements. I also volunteer as a transport driver, traveling across state lines to ensure dogs make it safely from shelters & rescues to their awaiting families. When I’m not navigating Dropbox and compliance systems, I’m bridging the distance to connect people with their new furry friends—no journey is too far!

I am known on the team as the "file ninja" that keeps the company's back of house running smoothly and allows the team to be present and handling the clients needs on the frontline.

Whether you use Skyslope, Dotloop or Command I am diligently watching all of the files and reporting back to the assigned TC what is needed to make the file green! This is important because agents do not have to watch or report what a files needs are! We are already gathering the items to get the file ready for a CDA!​

Bama is a 8 year old Aussie Pointer mix that was adopted as a puppy. He loves bacon, laying in the sun and long naps. He is gentle natured and extremely lazy. He is also moms best boy, but never gets any work done!

Palo is a 3 year old Tibetan Terrier mix. He is usually voiced to be British and highly esteemed. Palo enjoys being as close to mom as possible and having zoomies in the backyard. He also loves to annoy his older brother by nipping his heels and trying to steal his toys back! Palo doesn't understand applying himself to work, but knows he's the cutest!​
